Photo Library Information
We may request access to your photo library to analyze your photos and videos locally on your device. This analysis helps: identify duplicate or similar photos; detect blurry or low-quality photos; find similar or redundant videos; and locate large videos consuming significant storage space. All processing occurs exclusively on your device. No photos or videos are uploaded to external servers, ensuring your content remains private. Results are solely used for photo library management and never shared with third parties.
 
Technical and Usage Information
When using our Services, we employ cookies and similar technologies to collect:
(i) Technical details about your device (including IP Address, mobile device IDs like IDFA or Google Advertising ID, operating system version);
(ii) Usage statistics tracking your interactions ("Clickstream Data"), such as links, objects, products, or benefits you view or engage with.
Additionally, we may collect your device-assigned name, device type, country, and other voluntarily provided details. Approximate geographic location may be inferred from your IP address.

Your personal data may be transferred to other countries where SEGA or its service providers maintain operations. These countries may not have equivalent data protection laws to the country from which you access our products, but we will ensure that we rely on appropriate safeguards.
 
4. Age guidelines
 
Protecting children's privacy is extremely important to us. We also encourage parents and/or guardians to always take an active role in their child's online experience.
 
Our products are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) under the age of 16 or a minor is in your country of residence, please seek permission from your legal guardian to use or access our products. We store data on servers in the U.S. or any other country. We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide you Services, unless we are required by law to delete or if we accept your request to delete the information pursuant to applicable law.
